NAISOSO ISLAND VILLAS RESERVATIONS
Bula, Naisoso Island is a private gated island just a short 4 minute drive from Nadi International Airport, so you get the best of both, convenience and privacy. Are you looking for something more secluded, or somewhere easy to move around from?
It’s a quick and easy drive from the airport straight onto the island via a bridge, very smooth arrival after a flight. What time will you be landing into Nadi?
Yes, it’s a gated residential island with 24/7 security, very safe and peaceful. It’s ideal if you’re after a relaxed stay. What kind of experience are you hoping for while you’re here?
You get your own private villa with a pool, kitchen, and living space, so it feels like your own home rather than a hotel. Do you prefer beachfront, riverfront, or garden view?
ACCOMMODATION
We have villas ranging from 1 to 7 bedrooms, suitable for couples, families, and larger groups. How many guests will be travelling with you?
Yes, all villas have private pools except the 1 bedroom beachfront units. Most guests enjoy the added privacy of having their own pool. Is that something important for your stay?
Yes, villas are serviced daily to keep everything comfortable. Linen and towels are refreshed every 3 days, however if you prefer daily linen changes, we can certainly arrange that for you at a small additional charge. Do you usually prefer full daily servicing or a bit more privacy?
Yes, all villas come with fully equipped kitchens. Some guests enjoy cooking, while others prefer to fully relax and have a private chef come in and prepare meals for them. Would you like me to share some chef options for your stay?
FOOD AND DINING
There are no restaurants on the island itself, which keeps it nice and quiet and private. We do have private chefs available who can come to your villa and prepare meals, this just needs to be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we can easily arrange transport to some great restaurants nearby. Would you prefer dining in the villa or heading out?
Yes, we can arrange private chefs for your stay. It’s a great option if you’d like to fully relax and enjoy the villa experience. Are you celebrating anything special during your trip?
Yes, and if the restaurant doesn’t deliver, we can assist with organising that for you. We can also arrange grocery stocking before arrival if that helps. Would you like to have the villa set up with groceries when you arrive?
OBJECTION HANDLING TRAINING
Response: I understand, there are quite a few options out there. What our guests usually enjoy with us is having a full private villa with their own pool, space for family or friends, and still being just 4 minutes from the airport while feeling completely secluded. It really depends on what kind of stay you’re looking for. What’s most important for your trip?

Response: We’re actually very close to town, about 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and shops, but once you’re on the island it feels quiet and private. It’s a nice balance. Are you planning to explore a lot or mostly relax?
Response:Â I understand, some guests prefer that convenience. What we offer instead is full privacy, and the option to bring a private chef into your villa or arrange transport to restaurants nearby. It gives you a bit more flexibility. Would you see yourself dining in more or going out?

TRANSPORT & ACTIVITIES
Yes, airport transfers are included when you book directly through our website, which makes arrival very easy. Can I assist with checking your dates so we can include that for you?
A car is recommended if you’d like flexibility, but it’s not necessary as we can organise transport for you. We can also arrange rental cars if you’d like to explore on your own. Are you planning to get out and explore, or mostly relax at the villa?
There’s quite a bit to do nearby, mud pools, ziplining, island tours, and cultural experiences. It really depends on how you’d like to spend your time. What are you most interested in?
Yes, everything can be arranged through our Guest Relations team before or during your stay. Some guests like to plan ahead so everything is ready when they arrive. Would you like help with that?
BOOKING AND PRICING

When you book directly through our website, your stay includes airport transfers and daily breakfast depending on your villa selection. Are you travelling for a special occasion or just a getaway?
There is a refundable bond held at check-in, and any additional services like chefs, tours, or transport can be added depending on your preferences. We can tailor everything around your stay. What would you like your trip to feel like?
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, after that payments are non-refundable. When are you thinking of travelling?
FAMILY AND GROUPS-DURING STAY-DEPARTURE
Yes, very family-friendly with lots of space and privacy. It makes travelling with kids much more comfortable. How many children will be joining you?
Yes, definitely, especially our larger villas or multiple villa setups. Are you travelling for a special occasion or just a group holiday?
